Description
title-page, dampstains, small wormholes in the upper corner, tear without lack in p. 159, ink stains at the end). 19th Century binding : sheepskin, flat spine, red edges (rubbed, small lack at the lower turn in, trimmed with sometimes lacks in pagination).
Second (if not the unique) copy known and certainly the only one in private hands. Work not mentionned in the common bibliographies and USTC and not sold in the European auctions for more than 20 years. VD16 just lists one other copy but without collation and location. Fifth (?) edition of this collection of Gospels and Epistles with parallel text in Greek and Latin. Apparently the first edition was published in 1549 and was followed by several others, all printed by Brylinger or his heirs.
