Polyglot dictionary in 8 languages (Latin, Hebrew, Greek, French, Italian, German, Spanish and English) and of which the princeps (Reggio, 1502) originally was drawn up by Calepino (1435-1511) in one single language (Latin). During the 16th Century, it was gradually extended with equivalents in other languages (18 editions between 1542 and 1592 by Aldi alone).
