Édition originale de cet important traité de perspective. Zanotti (1709-1782) était professeur d'astronomie à Bologne et publia plusieurs ouvrages d'intérêt scientifique. Sa Prospettiva, illustrée de 11 planches gravées en complément du texte très complet, eut un grand succès éditorial et elle fut publiée à nouveau en 1825.
