JOINT une lettre de BORDIN, célèbre fabricant de moutarde (L.A.S. à un rédacteur, 1er Frimaire an 11, 1 pp. in-4), vantant la qualité de ses produits mis à l'honneur notamment par l'Académie royale de Médecine et par l'assemblée des plus éminents chimistes dont Fourcroy, ayant obtenu le brevet de «seul distillateur du comte d'Artois» qui lui valut un an de prison sous la Révolution. Il fait notamment cette remarque; (...) Rivaliser Maille qui a commencé 50 ans avant moi n'était point chose facile (...).[GASTRONOMY].
